A furniture ecommerce client came to me with a new online sales channel that had potential, but no meaningful paid media revenue yet.

I built and managed the paid acquisition system from the ground up, using Google Shopping, Google Search, and selected ecommerce advertising platforms to turn product demand into measurable revenue.

The work went beyond campaign setup: product segmentation, Shopping strategy, feed improvements, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization based on revenue and product-level performance.

Within 9 months, the channel grew from $0 to $500k in monthly ecommerce revenue, creating a scalable paid media engine for the business.

02 · Lead Generation

Increasing leads by 361% while cutting cost per lead by 62%

A B2B client came to me with a lead generation account that had room to scale, but performance was limited by low lead volume and a high cost per lead.

I restructured the paid media approach around better search intent, campaign segmentation, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization toward qualified enquiries, not just traffic.

Within 5 months, monthly leads increased from 56 to 258, a 361% increase. At the same time, cost per lead dropped from $177 to $67, a 62% reduction.

The result was a much stronger lead generation engine: more enquiries, lower acquisition costs, and significantly better use of the advertising budget.

03 · Mobile App Promotion

Finding a scalable app growth channel at $1.43 per install

A mobile app client came to me to find the most effective way to scale user acquisition.

Rather than relying on one platform, I designed and managed a structured test across Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Twitter Ads, and Apple Ads to identify which channel, audience, and advertising angle could deliver the best performance.

The goal was to find a scalable acquisition path, not just generate installs.

The testing showed that Facebook Ads was the strongest opportunity, delivering app installs at a highly competitive $1.43 cost per install, outperforming the other tested platforms.

The result was a clear growth direction: focus budget on the platform and angle with the strongest combination of cost efficiency, scale potential, and user acquisition performance.
